Well I was sick for 2 months and then finally gained back my appetite and then my mom went in for surgery. I managed to eat the majority of my kitchen in two days due to being overwhelmed with stress. It's not an excuse. I'm rather disappointed with myself but what are you going to do right? I guess just get back up on the horse and ride. :)

I've been sick for the past two weeks so my weight and eating has fluctuated. for a while I couldn't eat so I got down to 175, then I wanted to eat everything and figured since i was sick i might as well eat what sounds good. Tonight I went for a bike ride since I'm feeling better than before.

It's looking like I am retaining water too, i had a lot of salt the past two days and well... it's approaching that lovely time of the month when I gain up to 5 pounds and hate myself for a week lol. But persistance and lots of support always helps me get through the cravings!
