well it seems we are going to start keeping a diet journal. I've been complaining about my diet woes to friends and I'm sure they are tired of it so this was suggested to me and seems like a good idea :)

I have lost 100 pounds and am trying to lose another 25, it's hard work because i'm at the point where some major changes are needed in order to lose the last bit of weight and they say the last 20 pounds are the hardest to lose. I'm a full time graduate student and I have little time to sleep let alone exercise but I've decided it's important to find a way to work it in. So here I go :)

Yesterday I worked out for 20 minutes and walked my dog for 10. I also met my calorie goal of 1500 calories. I'm proud of me for keeping my goal because my back hurt and it's time for mother natures visit which is when I almost always over eat. Pat on the back for me for moving foward.

good job! i feel ya.. over the last year and few months i lost 32 pounds (that's roughly 60lbs less than my heaviest weight) so proud of myself, i hit a little plateu, =( bummer, and got a little comfortable... and gained 10lbs... ugh writing that is like nails on a chalkboard. i'm so glad i found this site, seems so supportive and i think it will really help keep me accountable for what i'm putting into my body. Here's to that last 20!! =)
