Goal today is to rehydrate.
167.7 lb Lost so far: 49.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Great goal. Seldom do I feel as weak as when the electrolytes run low. Had a couple of weeks without vegetables and low amount of sea salt. Resulted in great laziness, fatigue, and muscle pain. Now, with respect, I eat my greens and salt my meat well.
