I kind of fell off the wagon a little bit this weekend (not as bad as before I started in January) on the diet and exercise. The first full week of work plus grad school really took a hit on my energy and stress levels. Getting back in gear for another successful week now. Just have to brave the 10 degree weather today to hit the gym! :)
