Today was a very productive day.. I went to the pool and swam laps for about an hour.. did cardio for 45 mins and did some conditioning... plus i was watching what I ate
what I dont get about this site is that it seems like im burning more calories than i eat but why is it that it's so hard for me to lose weight?!
i guess we'll see how far i get in a weeks time..
gym tomorrow!
