Looking at my long term weight loss chart, I notice that my recent period of extreme weight loss was completely useless. Lesson learned.
Today I will take vinegar with my protein meals to aid digestion.

I don't know about that. I had a zig zag weight loss chart. After a big push down, I'd go up somewhat, only to make another push down when ready. It still evened out to a downward trend over time, and I think it was partly about readjusting set weight and accommodating metabolism along the way. Now I zig zag a bit within a range. It's kind of like a pendulum's undulation.

kpwcalories. I agree. Looking back from November last year I see a trend. But wellness do have higher priority from this February, so it could alter the trend. Will not know before March/April.
