Sally Forest's Journal, 24 February 2018

Slept well, but a few extra aches and pains after fall yesterday. Angie(my daughter) came by to help me with bed changing and vacumning, and then steam mopping all the floors. I did 2 loads of laundry and some food prep for the week. I had to go out to the store and then I'll be able to assemble some of the meals for the coming week. Will call my best friend, Eloise later as we check in with each other daily and go over our food diaries and calorie totals. We attend TOPS ( take of pounds sensibly) together each week. While we don't lose every week neither of us has really gained back what we have lost and we have been going for years because we can't go back up and cause increased health problems. I like FS because you have a ready made support group to help you meet your goals. Have a good weekend all. SC is sunny with blue sky's and a nice breeze, in the mid 70's.
