I didnt get to exercise yesterday. I had a hair apt after work and I was late getting home. However, I did stick to my food plan and didn't cheat. I am trying REALLY hard not to eat after 6pm. All I can do is take this one day at a time. Easter Dinner will be a challange because we are eating at Mom's. I will just need to focus on portion sizes. Susan
