God I've been so bad today, I've just been so hungry and I want to eat but I know how bad it is for my diet and I just can't stop 😩😩 I really need to get into a better mindset for tomorrow!

You can do this! We Al have those days. Tomorrow is a new day. Even if you have a minor setback today you can get back on track with the next meal or next day. Everyone needs a break in there sometime just be sure and keep it a small break.

Does your WOE work for you most other days? If you struggle every day you may need to develop a new plan. But we all have an occasional bad day. If most days are good, don’t sweat an occasional bad day. Tomorrow is a new day, and odds are it will be better.

The problem is not eating, is what u eat... when I get that urge i grab my carrot bag n I eat it all. I satisfy my craving, I get that crunchy desire, and the amount of calories I eat are minimal ☺️🥕

I don't think there is anything wrong with eating something unhealthy once in a while as long as you consume in moderation. Like only buy a single serving chip bag instead of a family size bag. You can't eat what you don't have.

You shouldn’t be hungry with any diet or lifestyle . I grab a few radishes or carrots because I need that crunch. But if you crave something go for it. We do have bad days eat then get back on board the next day. This our every day life, Hopefully we will be on a clean healthy life style not a diet for ever.

Yes when I crave I go for it, moderation is key. I buy serving size chips 😏

I understood it as anxiety to eat, are u feeling legit hungry? It could be many many other things u are confusing with hunger

When that happens, the best thing to do is to break up the cycle by doing something different. Leave the scene of the "crime;" (don't take any snack with you!), get out of the house, go look at clouds, take a short walk. Indulge in a fast-paced movie (probably NOT in a theatre with popcorn odor).
