I had 3 glasses of water yesterday, should I increase that? will that cause swelling? And any ideas how to get them down. I hate it. clear up to my knees! grrrrr.

Do you hate water up to your knees, or are you swelling up to your knees? You don't need to force water if you aren't thirsty; just use it when you are thirsty instead of other beverages. And different water sources taste different. IMO, pure water (not chlorinated, fluoridated, or flavor enhanced) tastes the best, but not everyone agrees. Some of the larger soda companies have a bottled water label as well; they tend to add ingredients, claiming it improves the taste. I look at water as a solvent to clean out my system, so the cleaner the water, the better.

I miss my spring water in NH., most bottled water as Tom said have additives read those labels!

I like water especially smart water. It tastes wet if that makes sense
