i have had a hard time not eating at night
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

That is so my problem too. I save up all of my snacks for at night. For instance 6 light crackers with a 2 TB. of hummus spread or a light cheese spread or lite cottage cheese with pineapple chunks. I make sure I count the points into my daily allowance. I went off of program during the holidays and am back on now. I'm doing WW at home too and using this sight like a meeting-- which helps me. I also drink lots of water

I know I am going to want to eat at night so I always try to save some POINTS for then. Even though the "experts" say it isn't good to eat within 2 hours of going to bed, I'm not ready to push that on myself just yet. I try to take the hurdles one at a time so I don't overwhelm myself with challenges. So if you know you like to eat at night, plan for it. Work it into your menu for the day. The important thing is that you are working to improve and keeping a positive attitude. Keep at it. You can do it.
