I started counting calorie intake on the 14th after leaving the Dr office. I went in to see the Dr. today and found out that I have lost 5 pound. This is just great I got to keep this up.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
