This is a bad plateau that's been going on a while now. I WILL persevere because giving up in NEVER an option. Anyone who ever feels weak, contact me and I'll give you my solid wall of pep talk. Giving up is never an option.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 February 2018:

I have beaten back a couple of these bad plateaus before as well. They can really drain ones resolve. What helps me through it is knowing that even if that scale stays put on that weight, I know I am eating healthier. That means this plateau is more likely muscle gain while losing fat so the weight is remaining static. Another possibility is retaining water. More sodium can cause this and so can excercise. Your muscle will try to retain water after hard excercise. Either way... the key is as you said. Stay the course, giving up is NOT an option ;-)
