My dinner. 3 mini suffed cabbage rolls with beef and rice (150 grams) + white cabbage salad (200 grams). This food was ordered from a local restaurant. Usually portions are large, I'm glad i got food scale, so I can control amounts of food I eat :)

I consistently use a food scale, too. I feel it gives me the freedom to eat any type of food I want, because it informs me, holds me sccountable, and teaches me portion control.

Agreed. Love the food scale. I found I was actually eating LESS than I estimated on some things and more on others.
