we are what we eat's Journal, 17 February 2018

My dinner yesterday. Boiled lentils, for taste I added salt, bay leave and parsley. Then I mixed lentils with onion and 1 small cucumber. (lentils have lots of protein) my portion was about 320 grams.

@sssysy usually 1200 - 1300, but I'm not working out yet. just using hula hoop every day for about 15 minutes.
