Great results this week and in analyzing this past week I see a few things that certainly made a difference.

1) I drank the 64 ounces of water almost every day.
2) I walked for 30 minutes on three days
3) I fasted on Ash Wednesday and kept calories under 1000 on Friday as lenten penance.

In my experience drinking the water makes a huge difference and the secret is to start early in the day.I will try to keep walking this week and will be keeping calories low on Fridays during lent.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 February 2018:

I did ask the nuns would it be wrong to keep my cal's high because of what I'm doing and one said GOD knows you made that decision before you came to us and he has forgiven you because your heart is for him,and then l got the expected ? ""they know me well and they can tell by my eyes when asked"" Mr.Murphy how is the rest of your life going..l said all A+'s for the good, then one will say then GOD BE YOU ! and l said and may GOD BE WITH YOU SISTER'S...it's true nuns have this radar sense, I've known this from an early age being Roman Catholic. May the Saints be With Me and All You Too!
