Yesterday was Day 5 of Cycle 1 on EFS. I did pretty well. Here it is:
Meal #1 (9:00 AM): 1/2 packet Oatmeal, 1 cup OJ
Meal #2 (12:00 PM): 4 oz. Turkey Breast
EXERCISE (1:00 PM): 50 mins Turbo Jam Cardio Mix 3
Meal #3 (3:00 PM): 1 cup Brown Rice, 1 Boca Burger
Snack #1 (5:00 PM): 1/2 protein Bar
Meal #4 (6:00 PM): Small Salad w/ dressing
Snack #2 (8:00 PM): 7 whole wheat crackers
I was hungry when I got home from Vacation Bible School but I took some sleeping pills and went to sleep. I was suppose to do a "Two a day" yesterday but I just can't fit that in this week with teaching at Vacation Bible School. So, 1 exercise is going to have to suffice for this week. We'll see how it goes when I weigh-in on Thursday morning. :)

You are doing an awesome job! I struggle with the 2 a days also, since I can usually find one time a day to get the workouts in with my little ones. On my 2 a day days, I usually do them back to back, which is better than nothing. Keep up the great work!

I haven't been able to put in all the exercise it says either. I really only do 30mins a day and I have seen results. I am kind of at a standstill though so maybe I need to step it up a little. I am sure you are going to do well just stick with it. Good luck on the weigh in, I hope you see some good results.
