Yesterday was Day 6 of Cycle 1 on EFS. Here it is:
Meal #1 (9:45 AM): 1/2 packet Oatmeal, 1 cup OJ
Snack #1 (12:00 PM): 1/2 protein bar
Meal #2 (1:00 PM): Stawberry Smoothie
EXERCISE (1:30 - 3 PM): Vaccummed Car, cleaned inside of car, washed outside of car
Meal #3 (4:00 PM): 4 oz. Turkey Breast
Meal #4 (5:30 PM): 1/2 cup Brown Rice, 2 servings corn
Snack #2 (8:00 PM): 6 whole wheat crackers
Snack (10:45 PM): 1 pickle, 5 oreos, 1 cup Fat free Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
This whole week is tough for me b/c I have Vacation Bible School. It's just really throwing my whole schedule off. When I got home last night, I was SOOOO hungry. When I get that way I always end up cheating. Hopefully it won't hurt me too bad.
