K so technically I didn’t officially start till late night, but I’m counting it anyways.

Prior to this, I’ve always watched my eating. I VERY RARELY eat deep fried foods, I don’t drink sodas or sugary juices, as well as eating in decent sized portions. As for as exercise goes, I still have decent stamina - but no where near where I need it to be for my PT test sometime in MAY.

So tonight ON TOP of my work out schedule, I am aiming to do Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred - yes, for 30 days straight. I’ve done it before and man, if you really do the exercises and take no breaks - it is very intense and VERY much worth it. I wasn’t able to do the full 30 then due circumstances during the snow storm.

Anyway, let’s see how this week goes folks!

Jayne, I'm struggling to start, my bday is Wed & since its in the mid of the week my cuzzins made me dinner oj Sunday & we're doin sumthin Fri/Sat...so don't feel bad. I'm also on a fast til Wed, so I'm really thrown off. When I get my other workout dvds I'm gona try to my HIIT/cardio in the morns & yoga in the evening so I can burn extra cals. We'll see how that works! Don't be discouraged!
