So I haven't dropped any weight, but just lately I've been doing more strength training than cardio. So I have been noticeably losing inches and I feel amazing! I was pretty worried, I stepped on the scale and saw that my weight didn't change. So I got my measuring tape and measured my waste line and noticed that I've lost about 2inches since last week. SWEET!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go Jayne! Go Jayne! Inches are sometimes BETTER than numeric losses! I mean, we really ever notice true weight change through our clothes anyway, so to put on a shirt or pair of pants that you wore last week or the week before that, and they're looser, is a GREAT feeling!
