bye bye 130s, I hope for good!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week

You are doing great! It is very slow for me. I eat like I should, do more exercise than I should, but I can't drop pounds! I can drop inches, but I would like to see some pounds go down.
