Weekend is good, Diet is good, gained weight, will need to research why will be either muscle or water. Going to go hard the next 5 weeks of weight-loss and leave no stone unturned. My focus will be on getting enough sleep and early morning cardio everyday. Will plan to see how feasible my plan is.
292.6 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 100.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
