I am now on the second week of FF, and I have lost 7 pounds. I have been kind of stuck on this weight for 3 or 4 days, so I am a little disappointed. (I know, isn't that ridiculous? I should be THRILLED, but I am SO looking forward to fabulous results with this diet that I am already spoiled.) Maybe I need a buddy? I am 62 -- start weight 194 -- goal -- 50 lbs. to lose. I live in the St. Louis area, and I am a retired lawyer. I am disgusted with the way I look, and I want to look good again. I, too, (like Valerie) want my skinny jeans back again. So ---- anyone in about the same place as me who would like to be my buddy?
187.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

what is the fat flush diet? I've never heard of it.

This website has a brief description of the Fat Flush Diet on the Home page -- but it is a detoxifying diet that boosts liver function to produce significant results. The Book is "Fat Flush Plan" by Ann Louise Gittleman.

I am trying the fat flush plan. I to am stuck. I have lost 1 pound and can't get any more results. Still trying but dissappointed.

Have you had your body fat percentage checked? Maybe you are just solid muscle. I love the fat flush plan not just for losing weight but for all the health benefits.

Sorry the above response was to teresa gale... posted in wrong spot. However once you read the book this whole way of eating for health benefits and weight loss ... will just click. Hang in there It will be worth it.
