Happy with weight-loss. I have found that after doing squats I always lose a kg so I am really going to concentrate on legs. I will be upping my fat-loss campaign by doing cardio (HIIT) every morning for 6 days a week with only one rest day to recover. Will see how I go.
291.9 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 100.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
