went shopping today. bought a new pair of shoes for the summer. Can you lose fat in your feet? cause I am down a size from my normal shoe size. LOL. I'll take it!!

Yes I have often lost weight in my feet and gone down a size when I have lost weight.

I always lose in my arms first. If your feet are getting smaller, that means that the rest of you will soon fiollow suit.

yes.. I know I do/have. Congrats and if you are like me going from a 10 to a 9 or 9.5 opens you up to a ton more shoe options... you would be shocked at how many cute pair of shoes only go to a 9 or 9.5.

I believe a lot of this is due to water retention. The same with your hands/ring finger. This is a very good sign that good things are to come your way.

that is awesome, my weight loss always starts at my head and goes down, people will say how thin my face is getting them my chest starts shrinking (boo) them my arms and tummy.. and on down.. =) Great stuff!
