Slept well last night, Feeling great, meeting my goals happy to be on FS gives that extra bit of motivation and accountability that makes the difference. Will hit the gym a couple of times maybe today.
294.3 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
