As January comes to a close, I can officially say that the month's total weight loss comes to a grand total of 10.2 pounds! Wahoo! This past week has been sitting on the same number for like 3 days and for a minute I was getting down about it but then today as I looked at the loss for the month and was like yeah... I can handle that plateau! Met with the trainer at the gym today and laid out Feb's goals- onward and downward! (upward is the wrong direction for the scale!)
