This is the first day of the rest of my life. I am going to eradicate this food addiction and learn to fuel my body with healthy, nutritious foods and not feed my emotions with empty comfort foods. I am so done being fat and slow and ugly. I will never NEVER see 222 pounds AGAIN! Today I am going to take the kids to the track and walk and I am going to do this EVERY SINGLE DAY as well as resistance tubes and jump rope to lose weight. I CAN DO IT! I just need to get past my addictions.
