Well I did it. I worked out this morning and then this after noon. 1/2 hr each. Tired now but I am trying to work out a schedule. Listing what I would like to do every hour after work.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
