Weight loss was a whooper. The only thing I did differently was mow the lawn and edge the garden for 3-4 hrs. Writing it down the 3-4 hrs does seem a bit much. Overall I think I will have the best yard in the neighborhood if gardening is making me lose all the weight so why stop.
