HELL YES! I'm preparing to leave the 260's behind... I haven't weighed under 260 since I was 26 years old... and I'm nearly 51 now. Feels good to erase 25 years of weight gain...
261.2 lb Lost so far: 200.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
