Seeing myself today, I know I am fat, I knew I gained weight but look at me I look old, unhealthy and unattractive. I’m way past done, I’ve learn to love myself more but I won’t allow myself to stay this size any longer!

You need to lighten up on yourself...I see a beautiful strong woman who needs to stop listening to what the world tells her she is and decide for herself🙂

@momma6224 I understand where you’re coming from but I’m only 20 and I don’t look so I don’t feel good, energize or happy, I don’t love myself like I should but you’re right about not listening to what society has to say!

Believe me I understand! I’m 41 and have spent many years not looking or feeling good about myself...what a waste! And the crazy part is I’m still worried and want to lose weight😞 it’s sad that we put so much stock in what others think about our physical appearance. Society has created unrealistic expectations. I think you are beautiful and I’d hate you to waste the next 20 years of your life not loving yourself. If you really need to lose weight to feel good, then I suggest doing it! Don’t give up! Do what it takes to get to your ideal weight and then stay there so you don’t waste many years unhappy with yourself as I have.

u can do this! It’s just a matter of discipline and the desire to really want to succeed. Consistency is key, strive for consistency not perfection 👍🏻

I would suggest to have attainable goals this way you will feel like you're succeeding. If you count calories don't try to drop too many calories at first, try for only 1 pound a week. As time goes by you can change the total amount of calories. The same with exercise, have attainable goals, you have a better chance of doing it. Perseverance and patience because it takes time.
