Almost the end of the day and i think ive done pretty well only spent 12 of my 21 (18) points and i feel full plus i've had 2 skinny cappucinos which were yummy!

also today i went swimming in public for like the first time in aggges it was fun although it made me realise just how unfit i really am it wore me out so much i only managed 45 mins!

Tomorrow i'm going to try and go to the gym before uni at 2 and might swim if i'm not too worn out.

Im wondering if im not eating enough im not reaching my alloted points very often but im feeling full!

Hm, you do have to eat to lose though. Idk points though, how much cal are those? do you feel out your food diary, im going to check! and about swimming, NOW you have something to compare to. Say, work out, get fit and then compare it to how better you swam compared to today! :) You can do it Selina!

i do a food journal on ww site because this site is set up for american food/points but my day went like this breakfast 2 crispbreads with jarlsberg cheese and flora light lunch: quorn (fake meat) fillet with veggies (lots) and pasta dinner: quorn 'chicken' peices with a huuge salad and small portion of rice i have also had a cake bar and a yoghurt aswell as lots of water and 2 skinny coffees. feels like a lot too me thank you cindy i have decided swimming is going to become a weekly thing for sure!!!

I will swim at indoor pools during lap swim only because they're empty and sheltered. I would LOVE to feel confident enough to swim in front of people. Oh, and in a real bathing suit! Lol. Super awesome!

melba yeah? there is a lane for lap swimming but im not an amazingly strong swimmer so i find i need to stop fairly often to catch my breath so i dont think im ready for lapping yet however i plan to swim today so hopefully i shall be getting stronger :) x
