Monday 1/15/2018 I started a "modified" version of a recommended "restart" diet. Rather than drinking 4 protein shakes, I am only drinking two shakes, eating one meal and one bariatric bar. The goal is not so much weight loss as shrinking my stomach pouch. I figured that I should do that FIRST. After I get that project accomplished, I will begin behaving/eating better. I have been overeating and eating entirely too many of the "good things". I am looking forward to getting to my goal weight soon.
219.9 lb Lost so far: 73.1 lb.    Still to go: 44.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Please be careful with to many protein shakes in one day, unless you know for sure your kidneys are at 100% and even then so. Shakes play hell on the kidneys. l just got a big lesson on that from the Va. My then weak kidneys are almost to the point of no return because of my over indulgent with protein shakes.
