Still feeling icky but hoping the antibiotic kicks in soon. Going to try for 10 miles on the Beast today and a 2 mile walk with the dogs.

Wow! That's quite ambitious for a sicky! But where there's a will... :) Good luck to you. You can do it. The medicine will kick in soon and then you'll really feel like you can conquer the world. I'm impressed with your dedication even though you're under the weather!

You know, before 3 months ago I HATED exercise. But now, doing it every day, I really feel restless if I don't at least get a walk in. It's all about making lifestyle changes, you know? Half way through my workout on the Beast, I want to give up so badly. Then I push past it and make it through. We have a love/hate relationship! I don't think I'd be that way if I didn't do it every single day.
