Light calorie day...not much of an appetite since I can't breathe very well. I DID tackle the beast for 35 minutes today. I took it a bit slower than normal because I was afraid I'd start coughing but I still did 7 miles so I feel better. It's really bothered me - not working out for three days. I just have to be really careful not to over do it; I am sick after all! I'm planning on yoga tonight so hopefully I'll sleep well tonight.
