Hello. I am new to this site. I am trying to figure out how it works. My weight loss is so slow, I wish I will learn new things. I loss 30 pounds from Dec. 2017-Dec. 2017. When I see how much some people lose in a few months I get a lil disappoint. I follow a Mediterranean life Style. I quit red meet 10 years ago. My biggest problem is evenings. The cravings drive me crazy. Skinny Pops helps but is not enough. Well. hi again and love to meet some new friends.

Welcome. We are here to support you. Don't worry about how fast some people lose, often the more you weigh the faster it initially comes off. Read through some of the diary sand comments at first and then set a short term goal and go for it

Not eating after supper is what gets me going to lose weight. At first I would eat an apple or some low calorie vegetables. Having supper a little later can help as well to change the habit of eating after supper. Protein really fills me up and having a few more for supper can help me as well. It's tough but after 3 days it's a new habit. I find that when I don't eat after supper, I'm not hungry in the morning. Everyone is different and we get to know what works for us.

Thanks for the advice Charlotte. I been trying Cottage Cheese or Yogurt. The problem is that I am a late night person and I get those cravings for a few hours. I am not even hungry at all, is just that feeling. I have to keep trying. Thanks a lot for being there.
