Fat Burners Anyone? I was wondering if anyone had any luck with fat burner supplements. I dont want anything to replace diet and exercise. I am looking into them in order to boost my metabolism and fat burn. Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated!

I have heard they can help. But I'm sensitive to caffeine so some with too much caffeine can give me heart palpitations so I avoid them. Do some research before you take them. Many times there are reviews on amazon. I take a green tea supplement and there is a new tea that is supposed to help us lose fat at a faster rate Pu-erh I think it's called. There's an article about it in Womans World or Womans Weekly (whatever it's called).
