Nothing messes up my day more than getting on the scale and seeing a 3/4 lb increase - grrr!! <sad face> It's so FRUSTRATING! So now I need to find a way to not throw in the towel; to keep tracking & keep exercising & keep trying - and again, the solution is MUSIC! Pop Evil, "Wake the Lions" yeah, that'll do the trick!
