So, yesterday was the first day in 1 1/2 months where I didn't track my food - bummer! Trying to get back on the wagon today, and I'm seriously contemplating buying a "Run your abs off" program. I need SOMETHING to jump-start this weight loss, which is being a non-starter lately. (Of course, it doesn't help when I binge on chocolate muffins, grrr!) I had initially packed a gym bag for after work, but decided this morning that it was just too cold & I'd come straight home after my class. Also wondering why I signed up for this class, but that's another story. Anyway, hopefully I'll at least get in a 30-minute run on my home treadmill tonight, we'll see.
