Both of my legs feel like they weigh a ton each. 7 mile bike ride, roundtrip to gym & back, 70 mins on the elliptical (35 forward/35 reverse) w/ incline & resistence: 4.51 mi & 667 cals burned. I feel like I'm literally killing myself so that my body & mind can get on the same page. I don't care how comfortable my body is at this weight just b/c I've spent the most time here, my mind ISN'T comfortable!! I'm just now eating lunch which is gonna push dinner back to later than I wanted. Hopefully being back in school tomorrow will get me back on a schedule.

I want to remind you of two things, hopefully that you've heard before: Nothing tastes as good as thin (fooey on that... HEALTHY!) feels! and Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is no guarantee; all we have is today: that's why it's called 'the present'. In other words, each day is it's own day. Celebrate your successes each day (you got in a great workout!), give yourself the rest you need (take a soak if it helps get the pain out), and always keep your eyes on the prize even if you feel frustrated. Nothing that goes wrong today has to be wrong forever. You can do this! Keep it up!!!

Thanks. I know. I have the mentality "Go big or go home. All or nothing." I have forever & it really makes being patient w/ myself a battle w/in. No one can ever be as hard on me as I am to myself. And today has just been one of those days. I will definitely need to soak in the tub tonight. My knees & thighs are going to be extremely sore by the end of this week. Riding my bike actually hurts my good knee, which really sucks but right now pedaling around is the only option I have. Yes, tomorrow is another day. It will present it's own ups & downs. But I can't do anything about it till then ; )
