Gym Workout variation #2

Banded side squats to warm up

3sets 15-Land mine row- 65 lbs

Dumbell Chest press 4 sets 10 reps 2x25 lb bells

Torso arm- Lat Machine 90 lb

Walking Lunges/
side lunges

Cable lower chest presses 3x15 @ 20lb


Ankleweight glute work- quadruped leg kickbacks, 3x20

tricep kickbacks 3x15

Stretch
