My first week of Keto is Finished! All I can say is WOW. I was honestly skeptical when I started because I have tried many diets and none have ever worked like this. I don't need to snack because I am always full. I actually was scared I had gained a couple pounds in the last day or two because of how full I feel. It is an odd feeling for sure because I was always hungry before and I snacked a LOT. -8Lbs lost the first week. I'm not going to lie, it feels like I'm on cloud nine. I'm glad I found this site, I feel like it is really helping me to stay on track.
