Had a good day yesterday happy with weight loss but slept late (2am) which is bad. Went to trial a new gym at lunchtime yesterday that is close to my work and worked out for 30 mins at low to mid intensity. I meet the owner David Georgiou was impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge on weightloss and transformation. He took me through some exercises I had never seen or heard of or seen but they were effective and safe. His philosophy is all about a functional body which is good. Anyway decided to join for 3 months I like friendly environments. I had been in the wilderness and was getting confused on scales and I wanted to buy a 3 to 4 hundred dollar body composition scale as I am currently pissed of with my current scale. However I have decided to buy just a scale not a body composition what not. I will splurge on the top of the range scale (weight only) which will probably be 30% of the price. As for body composition I will continue to get that professionally done every 4-6 weeks. Looking forward to the Gym at lunch.
304.9 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 113.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
