strict on diet. can't break
the 190 barrier.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do something different to change the routine. It could be an extreme workout like going for a super long walk or a hike or doing a type of workout you've never done before. Food wise fasting or eating above your goal for a day or changing up what you eat. You get the idea.
