After a brief respite, at the start of the week, I am once again bunged up!

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 January 2018:

Sorry to hear that Jocko. I do have to eat the All Bran every single day for my digestive system. It's the only thing that's ever worked.

Could it be you’re getting tolerant of the prescribed laxative? Or are you taking new medication that’s not being counteracted by the prescribed laxatives? Maybe a talk with the Doc or practice nurse is in order. I can only advise what works for me (and have done before) ground psyllium husk and lots of water (2l a day minimum). I hope you get it resolved soon, Jocko.

Jocko, ditto Phooka's comments, may I suggest sugar free Metamucil (Psyllium husks), natural fibre supplement...works well even when dehydrated...just be careful with amounts. Diabetic and LCHF or any other WOE friendly too.

I agree with Phooka and Steven. I use the Equate(Walmart) version of sugar free Psyllium husks after my doctor suggested it. Drink lots of water and if you don't find relief, I suggest you consult your doctor...
