This is strange. I did not exercise after work and I come home very relaxed and not starving. I can control myself on the snacks I eat. Though I get my walk early morning. I'm more aware what to eat at night. Now... when I exercise after work, I go home and just stuff my face with food cuz am so hungry. Though I eat a snack before I workout. What gives now? no exercise in the afternoon for me? No way!!! I love to exercise! any ideas?

I find that if I have an apple before I work out after work that I don't attack the fridge when I get home. It is full of fiber. Took a while to figure that out. Many a helpless cracker and chip had to scarifice on my journey to find the right snack!!!

It sounds like you need to plan a snack before you workout so your not so hungry when you get home. You can also have a snack ready at home to eat so you don't binge on something you shouldn't. Protein or high fiber should help.

I eat snacks like ww cheese or an apple or a greek yogurt before I work out but after i workout am starving again! i drink lots of water too. Guess I have to figure out what kind of snack works for me. Is before and after snack workout would be too much? even if its healthy? I know too much of a good thing is weight gain :(

I found what fruit that satisfy me before workout! BANANA after workout wasnt starving :) Now just to motivate me to continue going to the gym.
