First day back on diet was okay, mild headache from mid-day onwards, lethargy and somewhat lack of concentration. Night was good body started giving me energy. Lost 500g thought I should have surely lost more on the first day.

Woke up this morning with a stomach ache probably from spicy chicken I had the day before so will put a hold on spicy food for the time being.

Anyway 1 week 6 days more of this stuff, then I will start kicking in a balance only differences being carbs will be from veges and legumes. Will be ambitious today and test to see if my body is beginning to produce ketones.
318.6 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 126.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
