2018 is here. Its time to change things up a bit. I have been doing a form of lazy keto dieting for a while now as a form of weight maintenance. Now I wish to dive off the deep end with Keto (LCHF) diet life style and fully embrace it. Im also going to use intermittent fasting as a tool while doing keto. So today i start logging my blood glucose and ketone levels to track just how my body reacts to this process.

overal my goal is to change my body composition in the form of loosing body fat and increasing overall muscle.
