1 week ago I changed my RDI to 1400 calories/day per WebMd. No loss in 5 days. Today I went to ANOTHER part of WebMd and it said I need 1700/day and more carbs!!! I'm so confused.

It is frustrating. According to FS I should eat 1800 calories a day. I would put on weight if I at that much.

Now I don't know if I've stalled because I'm not eating enough calories and carbs or if I'm on the right track because it worked until recently. Argh...
